I’m putting up for sale my arable rice farm land in Iloilo for sale. Adjoining lots planted with “Palay” rice with areas 1.5 hectares, 3 hectares, 3 hectares with other surrounding areas planted with the same. All titles are good free from all liens and encumbrances. You get 3 to 4 harvests or crop-pings per year depending on the weather. It’s a 30 minute ride from the city, and the property is located beside the main highway of the province. The price is in per hectares and can still be discussed if you're serious about talking business. hello,

Please tell me if there is irrigation in the said plots (sorry i am new to rice farming and looking for a farm to buy) or is there a good source of water within the plots?
